Shipping Coverage

We ship to addresses within the United States (including all 50 states), as well as to Australia, New Zealand, and select European countries. International shipping rates and delivery times vary by destination.

Free Shipping

FREE shipping on all orders within mainland US! Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your location and the items in your cart if ordering from outside mainland US.

Processing & Delivery Times

Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 2-7 business days from the date of purchase. During peak periods, processing may take slightly longer.

Delivery Times: After processing, delivery times vary based on your location and the product:

  • United States: 3-10 business days
  • International: 10-30 business days (varies by country and customs processing)

All delivery estimates are provided for planning purposes and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, customs clearance, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Multiple Item Orders

If your order contains multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages at different times as they are produced and shipped from various fulfillment centers. Each package will include its own tracking number, which will be emailed to you once shipped.

Shipping Carriers & Tracking

Your orders are shipped via trusted carriers including USPS, UPS, FedEx, and international couriers for orders outside the US. Once your order ships, you'll receive tracking information via email so you can monitor your package's progress.

Important Delivery Notes

Custom & Duties (International Orders): For international shipments, you may be responsible for customs duties, taxes, and fees imposed by your country. These charges are not included in our shipping costs and must be paid by the recipient upon delivery.

Delivery Address: Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. We cannot facilitate returns or rerouting of packages due to incorrect addresses, and such orders may be considered lost.

PO Boxes: Some larger items may not be deliverable to PO boxes. Please provide a valid street address when possible.

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please:

  1. Keep the original box and all packing materials
  2. Inspect all items immediately
  3. Contact us at returns@pawsandclawsbffs.com with photos of:
    • The outside of the box
    • The inside of the box
    • The shipping label
    • Any damaged items

We'll work quickly to resolve the issue and send replacement items as needed.

Lost or Missing Packages

If your package hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe:

  1. Double-check your shipping address and tracking information
  2. Check with neighbors or apartment office
  3. Contact your local post office/carrier
  4. For international orders, check if your package is held at customs
